Terms & Conditions

This website, aquawashexteriors.com, is owned and operated by Aqua Wash Exteriors, LLC, based in Ann Arbor, MI. Aqua Wash Exterior, LLC ("We/Us/Aqua Wash") is proud to offer services to our customers ("You") in and around Michigan.

As a commercial website, site visitors are encouraged to browse our products and services, and can arrange/book a service or an estimate. All estimates are free. Any estimate  done over the phone or internet (before visiting the site) is considered tentative. That said, we will do our best to be fast and accurate in our estimates. When visiting the customers' house/property, any additional charge or change will be discussed directly, incoroprated into a revised estimate, and made clear on the final receipt/bill.

Billing typically occurs upon completion of a job, asking for payment in full. Exceptions to this may be if the customer wants to pre-pay, or if a deposit is necessary to secure a certain time-slot, equipment, or other materials necessary to complete the job (as determined by us, and communicated to the customer). In such cases, a deposit of up to 50% may be required. Completed work that reamins unpaid after 90 days may be sent to a 3rd party for collections.

As a general approach, we use the lowest amount of cleaning chemicals needed to acheive the desired outcome, as determined by our technician and sometimes in consulation with industry professionals. We use industrial and professional cleaning products, some of which may contain sodium hypoclorite, oxalic acid, and othe chemical compounds as sold by 3rd party producers (South East Soft Wash, F9 Industries, etc). Some of these cleaning chemicals may harm plants, animals, humans, buildings, as well as certain materials and finishes. Aqua Wash Exteriors, LLC is not liable for damage (perceived or real, documented or not) to property as part of a contracted job/service (including but not limited to damage to plants, animals, humans, buildings, as well as certain materials and finishes). In scheduling a job with us, you agree to the terms and conditions herein.

Our pressure cleaning equipment requires your water in order to function appropriately. Access to a water spigot is required. Ideally, your spigot produces 4 or more gallons per minute of clean water with minimal sediment, rust, or other pollutants. If the technician on site determines the water to be excessively dirty or not abundant enough, they reserve the right to cancel or postpone the service.

Our technician on site reserves the right to cancel any appointment/job - in part, or in whole - with or without prior notice. While this is rare, we aim to keep our technicians, and your property safe. If our technician on site determines that a job is not feasible or safe, or beyond their equipment's capacity or experience, the technician reserves the right to cancel the job/appointment.

For typical estimates and services, we like to (but are no legally obligated) to do a pre-inspection walk around the area/building to be services, with photos and videos. This helps protect both the customer and Aqua Wash Exteriors, LLC.

Aqua Wash Exteriors, LLC reserves the right to associate contract with any person or group, inside or outside of Michigan. We equally reserve the right to refuse service, at our discretion, to any person or group, inside or outside of Michigan.

By agreeing to purchase a service, and scheduling an appointment or estimate, you are granting access to exterior areas of your property (exteriors, porches, driveways, screened sunrooms, etc). We will call and/or email you prior to going on to your property as a courtesy.

Example 1 - If a customer orders a house washing, and then wants to add a barn or other building to the original bid, such an addition would be discussed and provided in writing.

Example 2 - A customer books their own appointment for a driveway cleaning, and upon in-person inspection, the driveway is covered on dozens of large oil, acid, or rust stains. The technician may need to alter the bid to account for the specialty cleaning products needed to address those issues. The bid can be revised if acceptable to both the customer and the technician, or the job can be canceled/postponed if needed.

Example 3 - A customer schedules a low-pressure house wash, and has an old home with special paint. The technician determines that the paint, made from naturla pigments, may discolor or run with a typical housewash. The home is also using a small well with a small pump for the water supply. The technician may cancel for either of these reasons.
