Refunds

In the event that you are unpleased with Aqua Wash Exterior's finished product/service, the customer may request and receive a refund, in full or in part.

Before issuing a refund, we ask for the chance to address and correct the issue. After which, if you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a refund (typically via the same method in which you originally paid).

The customer has up to 30 days to bring up any issues or concerns in order to be considered for a refund. After 30 days from the date of service, Aqua Wash Exteriors si released from legal obligation to a refund.
